As part of an upcoming pitch, I’ve spent some time looking at the state of social media and content marketing in the insurance industry. No doubt there’s a lot of work to be done, particularly where social customer service is concerned, but within an industry that’s been somewhat lagging there are a few shining lights. One example that stood out was RAC, which has successfully used content marketing to build a reputation with motorists.
