These Terms & Conditions relate to social media events organised by Our Social Times.

Our social media consultancy services are covered by our Standard Terms of Business (available on request).

Bookings

  • Tickets can only be booked online via our EventBrite pages or via telephone by calling +44(0)7939 016179.
  • Once you have paid for your ticket and received your email confirmation, no refund can be issued unless in exceptional circumstances (such as someone making an illegal payment using your card details).
  • Once booked, tickets are non-transferrable.
  • For free events, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost of your place if you fail to cancel and do not show up on the day.

Payments

  • We accept online payments via Paypal and any major credit/debit card and telephone payments via credit/debit card only. We do not accept cheque payments.
  • If payment is not received (or cleared by Paypal) prior to the event, you will need to pay in cash on the day.
  • VAT receipts can be provided on request.

Discounts

  • From time to time we offer discounts and early-bird reductions on ticket prices. Once these have expired we are not obliged to offer them to those who missed the deadline.

Cancellation

  • If we are forced to cancel the event, we will first seek to reschedule it. We will offer anyone who cannot make the rescheduled date a full refund.

Refunds

  • We aim to provide extremely high quality events, but should you leave dissatisfied, please contact us explaining why and we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
