Our Social Times is hosting a 1-day social media monitoring training event with of the world’s leading social media analytics experts in London on 26th January.
Marshall Sponder, Emeritus Director of Social Media at the Web Analytics Association and author of the leading industry book, Social Media Analytics (McGraw Hill 2011), will host this intensive workshop which is designed to equip 20-30 attendees with all the knowledge and skills they need to monitor, measure and evaluate social media data. Marshall is based in New York, so it’s a real coup to have him here in London for this unique, one-off training session.
Each attendee will receive a FREE copy of Marshall’s book.
In addition to reviewing several of the leading monitoring tools, the workshop includes really practical sessions, such a “How to set up and configure your social media monitoring platform” and “How to create your own social media measurement framework”. Marshall will demonstrate how and when sentiment analysis can be useful and explain how to use “influencer” grader tools. He will also provide 3 in-depth case studies, using popular monitoring tools, to demonstrate how to extract valuable insights from a large flow of data.
The workshop is designed for anyone in Marketing, PR, Communications, Social Media, Analytics or Information Management. No experience or technical knowledge is needed. Attendees just need a basic familiarity with the leading social media platforms.
Early Bird tickets (£100 off) are available until Monday 9th January. For more information and to book tickets, visit the website: http://monitoring-bootcamp.com/
